The hotel was modern, clean, comfortable, bathroom facilities first-class. The staff were very friendly and offered good suggestions of places inside and outside the City to visit.As a non driver the location was perfect, being a few hundred metres from the train terminus and bus station. I would without hesitation stay in the Balmoral again.
