Infrastructure and location is very good
The staff speaks very little French. No newspapers are available in French. The documentation in French is poor. The health of the room were not very clean (hair on the floor and in the bathtub, toothbrush glasses containing Dry toothpaste ,...) The service at the restaurant was not at the height of 5 stars (expl: Hello Mr. and Mrs. X, you want coffee?, rickety table, main course at the edge of eatable)

The rooms in the main building are very old, small and don't deserve a 5 star rating. The Wine list is not up to date and quality of food below avarage. Nice wellnes area but the relaxing zone is very noisy because of swimming pool and children. Treatments at the Spa are avarage.
The magic of Saas Fee
It just doesn't deserve a 5 Star rating.
