It was near the sea. The staff were helpful.
No aircon - a major disadvantage. It should be made clear that the parking available is very limited.

Our departure the next day would be at 8 pm but the reception opens that 8:30 intriguing for a 3 star hotel, is the first time we faced such a problem

The hotel is lovely, great position, clean and friendly staff. Unfortunately we had a bad drain smell coming from our bathroom which they could do nothing about as they were full. We also left a pair of ladies white cut off trousers in the room 34 and have requested they forward them to us at 18, Pinewood Avenue Formby Merseyside L37 2HY but have heard nothing - can you help please
