The breakfast was good as was the restaurant and evening meals with a varied menu.

We were planning to use the gym but were disappointed to find that it was closed and not open until the following February.

The only person Who was excellent at this hotel was a bartender, Joel. He was very professional, kind, friendly and considerate.His customer service was excellent. Wished I Were everybody at this hotel like him.

The front desk are friendly to clarks The Knowledge about The Neighborhood attractions was very poor. Could not pick up "any Theys Name of the restaurant to recommend. Theys Did Not Have Any professional quality for Their Job. The restaurant was terrible. The food was not worth icts in price & the service was very poor. The breakfast buffet was so poor, and MoreOver, There Was No waiter or waitress WAS present. I Had To Walk To The kitchen to ask for the help Every Morning. The sheet WAS broken toilet. There Was No hair conditioner.

The rooms and decor

The staff were rude and unhelpful. The receptionist did not speak English well enough. Subsequently my account has been charged twice for my bill, and I have been charged an incorrect figure to wait I paid on departure. A very frustrating experience. I will not stay at this hotel again.

We are regular visitors, usually 4 times a year, and always find it friendly, comfortable and ideally placed on our journey to our 2nd home in Correze, from our main home in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire UK

We had a non smoking room, but the bedroom smelt of smoke. This has happened each time we have stayed at your hotels. Why do you put ashtrays in non-smoking rooms? The cigarette smell stayed for the whole of our stay even though we had the window open in freezing temperatures outside. I also asked for a bedroom on the ground floor or the 4th, this was okayed, but on signing in we had to have a 5th floor bedroom. I cannot stand heights, so I was uneasy.

The Restaurant and the staff were brilliant - also the bathroom was lovely.

We thought it was expensive and we thought the car parking should be free if you are staying at the hotel.
