We enjoyed the location of the hotel and the cleanliness.
The rooms were a little dark and could do with being made brighter. The breakfast was expensive considering we were staying at the hotel, for this reason we did not eat in the restaurant (there was 8 of us). The hotel was hard to get to because of the Christmas market we had to drive the wrong way up a one way system and there were not many signs to help us. The indoor secure car park was not available and the small outside car park was expensive for an unsecure parking area.

The reception and simply the fact that it is well situated
Not very clean, sanitary problems: water is hard to flow into the sink and tub. No opportunity to bathe. A price too expensive for the services!

True, ent located downtown. Almost everything there is to visit.

Central position
Room on top floor was uncomfortably hot and stuffy -I measured the temperature as 30 degrees C -and a single fan does very little to cool it down; it just shifts the air around. We had a very disturbed night due to the heat. Definitely not value for money. A few days previously we stayed at the 5* Hotel in San Sebastian and paid less for b&b than we did here, unbelievable!
