What we do not like is that the receptionist on the day we arrived late at night and asked about a restaurant that we saw in a guide and was near the hotel and we recommended another according to the Italian was not just tourists and was in the street below the hotel on the corner, it was one of the most current bar with tables on the sidewalk, no frozen pizza dough and other baking and then tried to top the most expensive where we have been since beer glasses charged 6 euros, and the board charged us 5 euros when we charged for any other table and beer but never like this face, it was deduced that the committee and was angry because then we are taking a walk the other and was much more charming and cute and over with better prices than we had said so that you know not Mind him.

Very nice hotel situated really close to termini railway and subway station. The room we had was really nice with jacuzzi, flatscreen tv, locker, airconditioning, mini-bar and a little balcony. Nice friendly staff and good value for money

We stopped at the hotel near the Terminii which was very convenient for the airport. However we asked for a double bed and it was two single beds pushed together and we kept falling through the middle. We asked for the beds to be fastened together but nothing happened. The lift was very old and like an open cage, we were on the 6th floor and sometimes the lift would not work as previous users had not closed the door properly. The lift would not be allowed in the UK due to H & S regulations. The breakfast was extremely poor. The coffee machine did not always work and the food was just cake and bread and honey etc. No eggs or cheese or anything nutritous. I have been to Rome before and it was the worst breakfast I have ever had. They should be made to do better - it wouldn't cost much. You wouldn't get away with it in the UK.

Locasion is fine:it is close to Termini station and you have only a short walk to the hotel. The hotel itself is very cosy and comfortable and the staff is friendly.
