Main reason for choosing Trianon Borgo Pio: Rate

The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the apartments are extremely well located only a few minutes walk to St Peter's. It is also a short walk to Piazza Navona and central rome. There was a beautiful view from our balcony apartment and little extras like free internet access made all the difference to us. There are also some very nice restaurants close by with reasonable prices. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who would like a comfortable apartment close to city centre in Rome.
Not applicable - I like these apartments so much that I have made a return visit on this occasion and could not fault the apartments or the staff who run them.

Main reason for choosing Trianon Borgo Pio: Location

The location was terrific. We were one street off the Borgo Pio; there were numerous restaurants to choose from. Those we ate at were reasonably priced and the food was delicious. The proximity to the subway and the Vatican was also a big plus.
We stayed in an apartment for 6 people. The 3rd bedroom was a sitting room with a couch, single bed & trundle bed. The trundle bed was very uncomfortable. We ended up putting that mattress on top of the single bed which made that bed more comfortable. There was only one overhead light in that room, no closet, and no mirror. Six people had to share one bathroom, I'm glad we are really good friends!

-location was great and the building helped make us feel part of the community which was important to us -staff was very helpful -hotel was very clean

Dissapointed that we had to pay 30 euros because of late arrival after i had emailed stating what time we were arriving. our flight was on time and we took a taxi from the airport to the appartments. we could not have got there any quicker.

Our apartment at Borgo Pio 2000 was very clean. The kitchen was roomy and had a nice sized refrigerator. The cook top would've been better if it was a 4 burner cook top. It would have been nice to have 2 comfortable chairs in the bedroom to sit in if one wanted to watch TV, or to just relax and put your feet up. There was no place to sit and relax except the bed. There needs to be at least 2 more pillows in the apartment because there was no place to get comfortable.

Location was great, staff was very accommodating and knowledgable. The apartment was clean and had a nice view of the piazza with the well.
There wasn't any place to sit and relax. No comfortable chairs, more pillows needed to make the bed more comfortable.
