The staff were not very friendly, especially at the front desk and the breakfast room. When we arrived the carpet in the room was wet near the window and on the second day we returned exhausted from a day in Venice at 9:30pm to find out room had not been made up and the dirty towels still on the bathroom floor.

The hotel was in a really convenient location right beside St Peter's Square and the staff were very helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet was very generous also.
During breakfast time, the food on display ran out very quickly and was not readily replaced unless somebody asked.

Confinent location. had a lovely spacious room with a balcony, from where we could see the vatican. A quiet hotel, very clean and comfortable.
Only 1 packet of coffee supplied, same with t bag. Also no milk. I had to pay E3 for a small glass of milk from the bar. It was late when we arrived, so surrounding shops all closed.The streets around there didn't feel so safe at night, as we were 2 ladies.

For a road side room, the sound of trash at 6:30 in the morning is painful => no way to escape if the rest is perfect. Helpful staff, experienced and reactive. An ideal starting point for any visit and ease of parking.
