Raganelli Hotel

Reception staff were friendly and did their best to satisfy.

To be honest, I would not call it a hotel, let alone giving it 4 star condition. It was filthy with smelly rooms, carpets and beds. The refurbished parts of the hotel were done very cheaply and superficially.

Il personale molto gentile e disponibile sopratutto con i bambini. Discreta la colazione servita in un ambiente rimodernato e piacevole. Posizione comoda ai mezzi pubblici.

Le condizioni della stanza non erano delle migliori : muri molto sporchi, arredamento non coordinato ma vari stili, lampada del comodino senza vetro.... Mai aggiustata, moquettes a terra molta sporca..... L'impressione era di una stanza abbandonata! Bagno fortunatamente rifatto e nuovo x cui pulito. Infissi da rivedere. La stanza e' stata presa a un ottimo prezzo ma questo non significa dare stanze sporche, e' meglio non offrire queste stanze che rovinano la reputazione dell'hotel. Abbiamo visto altre stanze di sfuggiata e ci sembravano migliori. Forse dovrebbero finire la ristrutturazione e tenere chiuse le stanze non finite!

The hotel was under remodeling so there were some floors that were not completed, we stayed in one of the rooms that had not been remodeled and was not dirty and furniture was falling apart and tv had no remote. The second night we were given a very nice room which had been remodeled which made up for the first night we stayed.

Breakfast could be better, I like to have eggs and or some type of breakfast meats. Better food selection

Le personnel qui a pu accéder à notre demande de changer de chambre puisque la première n'était pas très propre.

La propreté des chambres qui ne sont pas rénovées. Il est urgent que ce soit fait.

The hotel was clean, staff friendly, breakfast was good. Good value for money.

The hotel is situated on a road with infrequent buses for getting to Metro. It would be useful for the hotel to have times that these buses run. Good parking spaces if you have a car.
