Excelente ubicacion y muy buena atencion.

Location, Location, location. Also the fact that the hotel is built in a 1500 construction. Plus overall the hotel was typical of a five starts hotel. Staff attention to detail and assistance was "superb" everyone was very nice and help us with all our needs. I commend them all for their kind reception and assistance.

One incident that took us by surprise. The first room assigned to us on the second floor had waste residues on each of the bathroom appliances. ???? Apparently the plumbing is old and the sewage overflowed into the bathroom. Kindly enough the hotel move us to another room and provided us with a cup of fruits and a nice cold sparkling bottle of champagne. For the price per night I would have liked to have a larger TV set. The room was large and the TV set was far to appreciate good images, while resting on the bed. I am sure the hotel could have a 47" or 50" Flat TV set instead of a 32". Also the table used to support the TV set was leaning down on one end, so the TV was slightly lower on the right. Not a biggie, but it is details that should be taken care of. Another two issues that was somewhat annoying, were, first the shower head was leaking at the top spilling towards the wall of the shower. Second was having to reduce the water flow on the shower to avoid flooding the bathroom floor. Either they need to adjust the max faucet flow or make sure the plumbing is clear of obstructions. spilled over. Furniture in the room was OK but seemed used and in need of basic foam clean.

La piscine + terrasse ont été fermées pendant un certain temps et nous n'avions pas été informés lors de la réservation (en dépit d'un appel direct à l'hôtel: inacceptable la chambre était très petite avec le bruit du moteur de l'extérieur de la salle
