Good rooms and overall ambiance. I love the Omaggio a Roma DVD playing in the elevator lobbies, I asked if it were for sale to guests and was told no. It really should be, there would be strong demand.
VERY slow channel change on TV with the remote. No access to the Omaggio DVD. Clearer instructions on buses and trams, not everyone tours by coach.
