Main reason for choosing Kolbe Hotel Rome: Location
Front desk manager, Mr. Angelo was so sweet to make sure that after one night but changed our two double rooms on the ground floor to the rooms higher up overlooking the garden.
There is a big problem with the rooms located in the basement because they have a view directly into the wall PART IES.

Сlose to the Colosseum and the Palatino.High speed internet(at 20 euros all stay)Quite good breakfast, but unfortunately not varied.Beautiful view of the courtyard.

Didnt have our booking on arrival took more than hour and a half to sort out given tiny room not happy at all with hotel, unfriendly staff, poor service. No apology or good will gesture. Shower did not work well, thin walls poor sleep.
No, cleared breakfast before alloted time leaving poor choice of food therefore did not use in evening.
Poor service unfriendly staff. No apology or recompence for not having booking in first place hour and half to sort out never stay there again.
