Main reason for choosing Hotel Villafranca: Location

The hotel is well situated. It is close to transport and allows nevertheless to change without walking away from it all.
The hotel is particularly noisy, it is poorly soundproofed, our immediate neighbors morning and evening while being bothered by the noise of heat pumps in action in the court which gave our window. The room that was having breakfast had no opening to the outside and we seemed to have lunch in a subway train at rush hour as the space was inadequate to the number of people present.

Very good location; a short walk to reach both Metro and Termini station. Clean room which could have been slightly bigger;spacious bathroom. A very nice veranda for those visiting in summer. Very good breakfast. Would certainly recommend it to my friends!

The three-star comfort. Our room was not very big, but it was right on the top floor balcony and had a good view over the rooftops. Breakfast was abundant.

I got a good reception for a fee guidance initially, when I could not find the hotel. Willingly spoke good English.

Main reason for choosing Hotel Villafranca: Facilities

We stayed with our family in two rooms, two adults and two grown-up children. Nice hotel, rooms were pleasant and clean, we only had no coffeemachine in the room. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower. Breakfast was complete and satisfying. Location near the main train station of Rome(Termini). So we had a very nice trip!

We thought of having a coffemachine in the room, but there wasn't. It was not a problem, we could have our coffee in the morning at breakfast
