Location was very good. Beautiful rooms, gardens; maintaining original charm while providing updated services/facilities. Staff was helpful and friendly, especially bell staff. Good recommendations for tours, directions for shopping, etc.

Breakfast buffet was wonderful, but food in restaurant was only average.

Limited staff at reception... they were always busy and you had to wait long for their attention. I ask for a courtyard room so I could avoid the noise of the street and when I checked in I was told I had one only to mfind I didn't. It was quite noisy with all the horns honking.
