The concierge Walter was most helpful and so very nice to us during our stay.

We found everything about the hotel satisfactory or better. although the room furnishings a bit dated this did not distract from our overall feelings of comfort and wellbeing, we did not use the upper restaurant only because my wife does not like heights but we found the breakfast room efficient and the food good.

Excellent location if you arrive at Rome Termini station, corner here and is well connected to walking tours, urban transport and train. The terrace bar is great, good views. The breakfast in the room costs € 3 person, it is worth. The cradle for my baby was ready when we arrived. Again without hesitation.

The roof terrace was, unfortunately, closed for repairs, so no splendid view of Rome! The reception staff was ever friendly, helpful, and good in English. The morning room staff did somehow not seem happy and alert.

I would like to stay here again when I am next in Madrid. The manager was particularly helpful in giving me a great room. His English helped a lot.

Excellent service. The roof garden resturant is wonderful. Spending the Christmas and New Year's Holiday was a great experience. The location is prime regarding access to the various transportation services, resturants, the opera, and what ever your need. We rated this vacation and Hotel as one of our top 3 Holidays.

The hotel is ideally located near the train station and City Bus Tour. Attention is good but the price-quality leaves much to be desired. It is a hotel that should reduce prices and does not justify the high cost, even wen holiday season.

I lived in Rome more than four months the latter part of 2006, and visited for many years prior. Because of the IACP luncheon/seminar which was held there in November, I decided to come into the city a day early to see friends, visit beloved sites etc. I was very pleased with the Hotel, its location, amenities and staff. The rooftop restaurant is delightful and features one of the most beautiful vistas of Rome
