Staff were very helpful and attentive. The meal was excellent in the dining room and the breakfast very good.
The bus to the airport was very crowded and difficult to get luggage on and off.

Rooms were great - spacious, clean, internet included.
Hotel restaurant was just so-so and overpriced. Since the hotel is located in an area poplulated only by hotels, a restaurant choice is not available.

It was quite cold in the room and the regulation of the condition tepmerature didn't work. At the moning I felt that I caught the flu.

Everything was good,the desk personnel very effcient and polite et gracious\.
I called, specifically, to ask the point of departure of the shuttle, and the information was false, and a late arrival with a 22h (and a public transport bus) I was in the room around midnight, and this I'm not too popular. The comfort of the room, however, was perfect.
