The staff was nice and the little village around to the side is wonderful to walk through. The location is good and the busses to and from the airport although taking a little while, are a nice convenience. ou just need to give yourself a little extra time to get to the airport.
The hotel needs updating. The rooms have very old fixtures in the bathrooms and everything needs to be replaced. The breakfast in the morning was abundant, but tables weren't cleared and the buffet wasn't replenished.

Location
Hotel is in dire need of major renovation, I would not stay there again. I had 3 fantastic weeks in France the food in the bar was the worst during my stay. All staff were very courteous and efficient

Front desk staff was friendly. Nice Irish Pub on the main floor.
Air conditioning in our room did NOT work. Water was leaking on the floor in the bathroom. Several light bulbs in our room were burned out. Only one of two elevators was working and it was a large hotel.

Nothing - extremely disappointing.
Very poor - I booked as I was told there was a pool. When I asked about this upon arrival I was told it was out of order.

La gentillesse du personnel
Il n'y avait pas de chauffage au restaurant ce jour là et nous avons eu très froid.
Nous avons aussi dû attendre vingt minutes pour la chambre alors que nous avions réservé longtemps auparavant et qu'il était déjà 18 heures.

Un des réceptionnistes qui a été très compréhensif alors que la neige bloqué toutecirculation.
Tout était bien sauf l'évacuation du lavabo de la salle de bain qui ne foncxtionnait pas.
