Proximity to the airport.
Room was too cool, unable to put heat on. We did get someone to come in and adjust it for us, but the heat never did come up and we were uncomfortable all evening. Would have preferred ordering a meal off a menu rather than having to eat from a buffet. TV all in French, would have like to be able to see CNN in English.
