The pleasant helpful reception staff and the comfortable room. I did not have time to try the extra amenities, i.e. health spa and sauna. As a solo elderly traveller I felt quite safe at this hotel, an important consideration for me.
The self service dinner buffet arrangement which meant that the main hot dishes on offer looked extremely stale and unattractive. This applied at breakfast too, though they did have a notice up then saying it was possible to request a freshly grilled hot dish.

Although we spent only one night it was a lovely stay. Rooms are very clean, staff are friendly and facilities were just what one needed before catching a flight.
