Sa proximité du centre.
Les oreillers sont de mauvaise ergonomie. Ils sont très volumineux et pas maleables. Dommage car la literie est bonne. L'insonorisation de la chambre à rez de chaussée sur rue n'est pas de bonne qualité au regard du bruit nocturne des véhicules. L'air de la chambre est trop sec (ou simplement trop chaud).

Its proximity to the station, shops and city centre, its facilities (gym and pool) and its very relaxed and quiet atmosphere.
No staff accompanied us to our room when we first arrived at the Hotel and there was no help with our luggage. There was no explanation or details given about the hotel or anything going on around Rennes.

The location was perfect. The room was very comfortable, and clean.
The breakfast in the morning wasn't very good. The second day we came down to eat and there was no food left. We ate a couple of pieces of fruit (grapefruit) and had a half of cup of coffee. We were still charged.
