Convenient location for visiting Rennes, reasonable access by car
Garage parking was very confined and difficult to get in and out of. Room was very small (bathroom was almost as big as bedroom). No individual reading lights above bed.

Reception staff
I have not liked to be called AT ALL to 11 pm, Christmas Eve, so I at one of my daughters at Gacilly (50 km from Rennes), the car park where I had left my car was flooded and I had to interrupt the evening to bring the key to firefighters.
