Yes, missing five days to use my reservation, I had problems and had to postpone my trip by one week, after numerous emails not answered, when I checked in Panama, I was at the reception of the hotel and I personally asked the attendant to change the date the existing reservations and charged my card for 6 days ahead and that would still be beyond the day I asked to delay another day and still not atenderam.Resultado me, I lost one already paid daily and win and I met another hotel . If this would be research and are interested I can send all mail sent to you and also to apoiocliente@ian.com

The breakfast was outstanding and the room was very comfortable and nice
It would have been nice to have some of the amenities replaced daily, like the tissues. Also there was a mixup at the desk, regarding my pickup. The clerk told me he couldn't help me with the confirmation, and when I expected to be picked up, it turned out he didn't have me down for a confirmation and the driver was then 30 minutes late

Main reason for choosing The President: Location
Staffs are very, very good when compared with those of other hotels in Praque, but standard as four-star Hotels when compared with those of hotels in German, France, Italy, America and Japan.
Every thing OK, but price is rather expensive compared with that of Frankfurt, Rome and Amsterdam although acceptable.
This was my third trip to Plague.
