Plaza Prague Hotel - Czech Leading Hotels

It is a well located hotel, 10 min. the city center, well served in terms of public transport, all the staff very friendly and available, highly recommended

The Plaza Alta was very clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly. The bed was particularly comfortable and a very generous size! There were a couple of things that were disappointing however, the hotel advertise a hairdryer in the room...... do your self a favour and take your own it was terrible, especially if you have long or thick hair! The other thing was the "extra channels" remote that they offer for 399 czk for 4days, bit of a rip off and we didn't get any extra channels and we had 4 remotes given to us as they couldn't get it to work, and the channels were scrambled, but we still got charged! The food was great for supper but the breakfast was very disapponting. all this set aside, we would return there as the rooms were great and the staff were friendly, and the location is very close to trams and metro.
