Main reason for choosing Botanique Hotel Prague: Location
Good location, nice new facility, very good rate for the quality and services.
It was possible to leave the car and baggage at the hotel till I left Prague after business hours.
Check out was too slow at the evening, I waited at least 20 minutes until the 3 persons before me finished. A traninee(?) at the reception was not doing any check in - check out while several people arrived and qued up behind us only spoke to them, he was not watching what the other receptioninst was doing, nor helping her.
Despite no smoking symbols everywhere I got a smoking room which smelled bad, after letting the windows open during next day it got a bit better.
Parking service is slow sometimes, needed to wait for the attendant for relatively long time, around 10 minutes.

Main reason for choosing Botanique Hotel Prague: Rate
Hotel staff, especially at the reception, do not always respond immediately to the person of interest, waiting before the reception counter. Many times in the first order was to discuss more important matters are any other employee of the reception. Moreover, often it happened that the reception was only one person present, and several customers.
