ibis Praha Wenceslas Square

The hotel, considering that it is rated as being a three-star hotel is very good. We were always treated courteously. Cleanliness is impressive as is the daily buffet breakfast. Provision of internet services is also welcomed. It is very near to the I.P. Pavlova metro stop and thus one could reach almost anywhere in no time at all. The provision of the hotel taxi service (though we did not use it) is also commendable.

It is not really a question of not liking but I would have preferred to find a rest-room downstairs on the ground floor. Having to leave the hotel at twelve on checking out we tried to change before leaving for the flight. The rest-room is located on the first floor in the restaurant and the door to the first floor was locked. We had to ask the receptionist to provide us with the elevator key. Another must could perhaps be that luggage left in the luggage room ought to be taged. This happens in almost all hotels so why not also at the Ibis? One ought to be made aware that the mineral water being left daily in the roomn is not complimentary but has to be paid!.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!
