The hotel is well positioned and some of the staff were freindly. The breakfast was good. It was good value for money.
Smoking was allowed in public areas including eating spaces. The pillows were somewhat uncomfortable.

Although the hotel was at a distance from the centre of Prague, this was in some ways an advantage because we were encouraged to use the excellent and inexpensive tram transport network and therefore had a glimpse into the lives of ordinary citizens. The hotel was quiet and it was easy to park the car on the road outside the hotel at no cost.

Far from city center though easy access with subway. Staff are not that warm and freindly. Although the booking is in Euro, the hotel charges us in local currency and with unreasonable rate if we want to pay in Euro.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was pleasant and treated us kindly. The value for money is very good. It is situated in a quiet area near the center as quickly via underground train.

The large room we had, and the kindness with which we received.

This was my fourth time at the Henrietta and I'll certainly stay there again. Great rooms. Breakfast includes hot sausages and fried eggs, but get up early if you want the sausage. It's not in the centre of Prague, so it's nice and quiet. Just a 3 minute walk to the metro station. There's late night trams that stop even closer than the metro.
