The room was very cozy and the shower pretty good (hot). The breakfast was included and it was well served.
The location. It was very far from the historical center and hard to get there. Also the people almost don't speak English, so it was hard to get information... The staff are efficient, but not very friendly...

I did not give you permission to potrżcenie funds from the card immediately on booking, ie. 24-11-2011 year. Everywhere on similar portals of "booking" tab is used only for purposes of warranty and measures do not descend from the "top", ie, as in my case two months before the service, which is illegal. Accordingly, no longer intend to use your service.

We were satisfied with everything. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, very close to the center by metro ( which is also not the same quality as in budapest...)Breakfast was perfect, those idiots who say that it is shit do not tell the truth...or they have far too high expectations! It was great! We ate different food every morning! :) Room size is ok, but those who want to swim in the room or play tennis will be dissapointed...

No keys to the room only cards! great solution! should be compulsory in hungary as well...The design of the hotel is very fresh and nice!

Clean room with friendly staff and ordered ... the only flaw is that the room was on the third floor without elevator
