Sehr freundliches Personal. Hotel liegt sehr nah zum Park Sanssouci.
Tiefgarage war voll, so dass wir am Luisenplatz parken mussten (ist aber auch gleich neben dran).

The staff were excellent and the breackfast and evening meals in the restaurant were top class.
The beds were very uncimfortable and need replacing as they sagged in the middle.Also there was a terrible smell from the toilet of cigarette smoke.

Front desk staff not very knowledgeable about local sights, but good at calling taxis. Very comfortable building. Wait staff in the restaurant and bar were very good. good location close to San Souci and the tram. would return to this facility.
Excellent breakfast and coffee
Soe inexperienced front desk personnel. One brunette NEVER smiled.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful at answering our questions and searching out additional information on Potsdam sights and tourism. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
