Campanile Cergy Pontoise

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

I HAVE LOVED THE SITE, THE ENVIRONMENT, VERY PERSONAL friendly and very competent.

The only criticism would be too sofas mattresses andTHE user.

The room was neat and the staff very friendly.

We were often many years ago in a bell tower and this time were very disappointed with the food. The dinner buffets are very deteriorated and the breakfast has become very scarce. The food was just one reason to go into the bell tower and is now entallen.

I arrived at the hotel a few minutes after the reception closed and told the receptionist that I had to use the machine outdoors. The reservation number was not recognized. The receptionist reluctantly came to help and used his code to access my reservation. It was a success but the key is stuck in the machine and then she had to open the machine to retrieve the key. I used my confidential code book number, to enter the gates of the hotel and the receptionist told me it was not possible. I had the impression she didn't believe me and I must have entered illegally? The next morning I found a key on the ground that I discovered is a master key for all rooms! I gave the key to a receptionist who gave no explanation and do not thank me. In general, the staff of this hotel seem to treat customers with indifference at best and disdain in some cases. Many of my colleagues have expressed similar meetings.

I visited the WW2 war graves,my uncle who was an airforce pilot is buried in Pontoise cemetery,i found the cemetery beautifully maintained, and all we met where very helpfull.the hotel was ideally placed,and the bonus being that the food was excellent.
