NH Pisa

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast. I stayed only one night but the location was good and very convenient. I had a quick whiz round the major sights in Pisa the following morning,the bus stop was right outside the door and it was a circular route.

Location---within walking distance of trains, buses & city shops etc.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

Very good breakfast-buffée. Quite small room and bathroom, but clean and fully satisfactory by all means.

The hotel was first class. Staff was friendly. Railway station across the road. Breakfast italialaisittain versatile.

Location led to an area that the hotel could not sit outside. Cosy cocktail bar was not.

Loved it! Perfect location for walking tour of Pisa if you are actually a walker. Great access to the train station. Wonderful breakfast! And the staff was very professional.

OK. The beds were a bit hard for my husband's taste, but that was all.

Very clean, nicely decorated room and a comfortable bathroom. Good and varied breakfast with delicious fresh coffee. This hotel is located opposite bus and train station is a good base to surrounding towns (Florence, Lucca, etc.) to visit. Distance to the center and the famous tower is + / - 15 min walk. Overall a great hotel.

Unbelievable but true, we are happy about everything.

My small single room was beautifully designed and made excellent use of a small space. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The restaurant had very limited choice and was not flexible in what it was willing to do. this could definitely be improved.

I had a small but comfortable refurbished room, with a good bathroom. The bed was very comfortable

Internet access was extremely expensive and didn't always work in the rooms. The hotel was in the middle of refurbishment which meant that there were painters on the stairs etc, and the occasional drilling noise. This was not very troublesome to me, but was to some other guests. The choice of food at breakfast was rather poor for a hotel of this rating, but more importantly, they kept running out, and you had to wait, for a cup of coffee or bread for toast. The lobby was comfortable and pleasant, but there was no bar. Given that I was attending a conference, it was good to be able to work in the lobby areas, but it would have been nice to have a bar too.
