Courteous and helpful staff. The ambience of the hotel. The breakfast!
Room didn't have a bath, only a shower. I think for the price a bath could have been included.

The hotel was small compared to others and tehrefore it was quite. Its location was very good for us since it was close to the airport and still close to the centre. Staff service was excellent.
The only thing that me and my friends didn't like that much was the fact that the hotel bar closed at 12.00 (midnight).

The accuracy of the rooms, cleanliness, silence, attention and friendliness of staff, unpaid water in the fridge, the kettle for tea, the abundance, variety and quality of breakfast ( except for cakes and tarts)
