The facilities were excellent, but the spacious room and the atmosphere in the lounge and restaurant. The hospitality at the restaurant was excellent and the customer at the reception as well.

The excellent staff who welcomed us; the quiet location in a beautiful part of the Netherlands, so close to Groningen; the well-appointed, very comfortable room; the breakfast; the personal touches - there was even a little step-ladder at reception called "kids' check-in" how friendly! The price of our room was very reasonable, we felt.

Peacefully located, excellent rooms. With the sounds of little door between the hallway / elevator / ice machine.
Inexperienced staff in the restaurant. We had a 4 course menu with wine pairing. The second (German) was bijgeschonken wine in the glass while the wine still in 1st Sat We have said but they reacted to the first wine (Sauvignon Blanc) was wrong then poured ... No new glass, but we had to mix the drink.
