La chambre avait été entièrement rénovée & le petit déjeuner était de très bonne qualité.
L'hôtel est toujours en travaux.

La ubicación y las camas tan agradables.
No tenían lista la cama adicional de niño que solicitamos desde nuestra reservación y tuvimos que pedirla 3 veces antes de que la instalaran. Por esta situación nos dieron una recámara mejor de la originalmente solicitada sin cargo alguno
Los elevadores estaban en reparación y tuvimos malos momentos en los mismos, sugiero cuando estén en reparación se indique y den opciones para evitar percances.

Excellent location, friendly staff, responsive to our needs (such as voltage adapter, etc.)
They had given us one of the older rooms, with an air-conditioning unit that roared like a tank (or else it wouldn't cool on lower settings). It was very uncomfortable to sleep at night (which was the primary use of the hotel for us). They apologized for it, but that does not remedy the bad experience. I'd recommend the hotel only AFTER all the remodeling is done.

It was close to metro and eiffel tower we felt quite pampered as it was all plush...we were upgraded to executive room but not sure how this differed from superior room booked....the first room we were in had a problem in that the window wouldnt shut and there was water and ice on the window sill, other than that it was a lovely room...we were moved immediately with no hassle to the 11th floor. The room wasnt quite as nice in our opinion...no bidet and room seemed smaller, but still a nice room, staff very polite and attentive.
The light fitting ?exploded/ ?fell off hitting my friend on the back...I cut my hand on the glass trying to move it aside, so I didnt tread on it when opening the door to staff.
