Everything except below , staff was awesome!! Hotel great!Paris amazing
Pillows were too soft.. Make smokers move further away from Hotel , most people do not smok we dont want to smell smoke...

I had a comfortable, problem-free stay at this hotel. I chose it because my sister was staying there for work in Paris. It is not where I would stay when I visit Paris with my husband because I would prefer to stay in an apartment where I could cook, or a small, French hotel. But if someone asked for a good American Hotel in Paris, I would definitely recommend it.

Very nice hotel, and excellent professional staff.
Only thing i did not like was that the wifi was not free.

Friendly staff, good restaurant and good gym facilities
I would recommend updating the bathroom; it was a bit out of date and run down

The staff was excellent, as was the room.
Honestly, the one meal my wife had in your dining room was pretty bad - hard, cold bread, poor quality onion soup. Her salad had lettuce that was too hard to be eaten.
