El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar y orientarnos en cuanto a direcciones, ubicación del transporte público, etc. Muy fácil acceso al Metro, muy cerca de la Ópera Garnier, Galerías y gran variedad de restaurantes. El desayuno bastante decente y también el personal del buffet con muy buena disposición. Agradecemos sus atenciones.
Estamos acostumbrados a cuartos más grandes pero creo que para París, no está mal.

Location was good. Hotel was easy to find. Also selection of food in breakfast was nice comparing to other France hotels' breakfast.
Even room was standard two persons' room, it was still quite small. Also smell of cigarete smoke was annoying. During signing in nobody told to us that it is not possible to get room where haven't been smoked. For me it is big problem, because of Asthma.

WELL IN GENERAL. GOOD LOCATION, GOOD DEAL AND HE SPEAKS SPANISH, THE BREAKFAST ROOM SPACE AND IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TE delays as croissants LOS is depleted. WORST, THE STATE OF THE CORRIDOR AND CARPET IN ROOMS, is filled with grease spots and requires a change or at least a CLEANING.

YOUR SITUATION. COMING NEXT TO ALL THE SITES. NO ONE IN FRONT OF HOTEL PARKING OF BICYCLES TO YOU BY USING an affordable price. THE AREA IS NICE AND HAS CROWD OF NEIGHBORHOOD STORES AND PLACES TO EAT AND DRINK.

This is a decent hotel (furnishings/appearance) and a great location for being close to restuarants/bars and a little market-life. Life in Paris is very expensive and overall the hotel sat reasonably priced in all this. Street Noise 1st floor to front an issue (needed ear-plugs) at night and breakfast primitive.

Location, friendly staff and amzing hospitality from the bar/general assistant - this really helped to slightly forget the negative aspects of street noise through the early hours and breakfast issues.
Not on a main road–is just for pedestrians, taxis/mopeds – our room 1st floor-front-needed to buy ear-plugs from pharmacy to shut out street noise.2 nights and the 1st night was fully booked with no possibility of changing the room. For 2nd night we bought ear-plugs-but the reception manager may have accommodated us. The breakfast is absolutely limited-cereals+bread (ok day 1-old/hard day 2), hard boiled eggs-no meats. For the price you pay it falls out of place having such primitive breakfast.
