De vriendelijkheid van het personeel

Het volledig gebrek aan netheid in de kamers: Enorme tabaksgeur welke uit de aera van het toilet de kamer binnen kwam, Dit hebben we gemeld maar geen reactie. ook is de tapis-plein van de kamer meer dan smerig vuil vol plekken e.d.m.; in de badkamer zijn de vloer hoeken vol schimmel...! De kraan van bad en douche is tevens defect. Het eten met het ontbijt is wel perfect, maar de vloer in het ontbijt lokaal is niet net.

Spotlessly clean. Helpful desk staff. Nice little bar on roof.

Location only. Difficult to get to by taxi and most metro trips involved a change at Montparnasse, which is always a nightmare.
