Gentillesse du personnel, proximité de la Tour Eiffel

Attente : chambres pas prêtes à l'arrivée (malgré heure de check-in respectée, attente au restaurant durant le souper, file d'attente devant le restaurant avant le déjeuner+++ Porte de la salle de bain impossible à fermer : bruit du ventilateur salle de bain entendu toute la nuit.

Buffet du matin

LOrs de la réception de notre chambre 15h30 nous avons attendu plus d'une heure , pour que l'on puisse occuper notre chambre apparemment il y a eu soit disant un pb informatique, Merci pour l'attente!!!!!!

Die relativ günstige Lage an der Seine, zum Eiffelturm und zur Metro / RER, keine überfüllten Züge

Der Tresor war defekt, wurde aber dann nach der Reklamation in Stand gesetzt. Die Tür zum Bad war überholungsbedürftig, Lackschäden und Türschloß. In den Fugen und Ritzen im Bad ( Fuge der Trennscheibe im Fussbodenbereich und an der Rückwand des Waschbeckens) hat sich schwarze Masse angesammelt.
