The location, close to train station, closeness to River and Positive attitude of the staff and helpfulness. A little bit pricey but it is ok.
They don't have wireless internet service in the room, the carpet in the room is dirt and faded and free breakfast for customers.

The staff was extremely friendly and we were allowed early check in.
Our hotel room had a horrible smell of cigarettes. As we were only there for a day and exhausted we did not switch rooms but we should have been asked if it was a smoking room. If it was a non-smoking room then it needs the carpeting taken out.
