Location, staff were amazing.
The hair dryer, it looks like something out of the 1960s and for people with long thick hair it's just not very good. It also gets very hot quickly and impossible to hold for more than 5 minutes without getting your hand burnt.
Also the lack of internet in your room. I have young kinds and having to go to the loby was very unpractical. Also the fact that there is no privacy and it's crowded it was impossible for me to feel safe checking my bank account etc.

The concierges were very nice and friendly and helpfule
I did not like not having wifi in the rooms. With business travels using tablets more now, wifi should be avaible in the rooms at no charge.
