Eingang rechts- Beratung, Freundlichkeit, Höflichkeit der beiden Herren .
Sauberkeit im Zimmer in Ordnung, aber das "Wasser" zum trinken fehlte, es war im Preis enthalten.
Die Rezeption war eine Katastrophe , obwohl französisch Kenntnisse vorhanden waren (Französisch Lehrer ), Freundlichkeit lässt zu wünschen !!!!!
Deutschsprachingen Urlauber ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen !

L'emplacement. L'amabilité du personnel.
Aucun Room service. L'équipement et le confort des chambres qui sont plus que médiocres pour un hôtel affichant 4 étoiles. La moquette est à changer. Nous sommes très très loin de la qualité des 4 étoiles à l'étranger.

Very nice, attractive hotel. I really liked that the extra bed was around the corner from our bed, providing a bit of extra privacy for me and my husband. I also enjoyed the extraordinary view from the 20th floor. The staff were really great! :-)

L'emplacement car nous avions un mariage sur un bateau en face aux yacht de Paris
Manque de place de rangement chambre et salle de bain + trace de moisi dans la salle de bain (poils dans les coins WC)

La excelente ubicación, el servicio, la atención del personal (especialmente en el área de recepción), la amplitud de los cuartos, la vista que se observa desde los cuartos, que tenga piscina, el desayuno, que tenga tantos elevadores.
Que siendo tan grande y con tantos cuartos, a veces el restaurante principal se satura y envían a la gente a un restaurante alterno que no cuenta con la misma atención. Que los cuartos no estén perfectamente mantenidos (algunos muebles están maltratados)
