M Social Hotel Paris Opera

Hotel location is excellent- and this is the reason why its price is that high. Lobby is very elegant, staff very responsive. Breakfast very generous. In contrast to that, rooms are pretty small and not unique. They could have been much cleaner for that price. There was always a certain uncomfotable smell in the room.

The staff was very nice and helpfull, best location, wonderful breakfast.

Room 316: Room and bathroom for one person and not for both. Fabrics and quality furnishings, 50 cm.seulement crossing between the end of the bed and the wall, no storage or for clothes or luggage. Together disappointing.

Very good location, nice rooms, not very spacious rooms, but sufficient.
