The friendly and helpful staff and the location.Breakfast good.

Had to change rooms in the middle of the night as the air conditioning would not work and couldn't sleep. All 3 rooms that I saw had really dirty curtains.

Location, room size and make up - very nice

There was a stale smell in the bathroom - coming up the pips - had to keep window open. Charged Mini bar items to my account - never used mini bar - was corrected.
