Receptiion staff outstanding. A little concerned with a money belt left in our room during our stay.

Proximity.
As mentioned above - found it disturbing that no one took responsibilty for the money belt found in our room. The dining room ran out of hot food one day and was not replenished

Very comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel.Rooms and bathrooms clean and well kept. Location excellent.Very pleasant lobby for relaxing or reading papers.Will stay there again.

Cleanliness of hotel and great location.
Water in hot jugs cold and not replaced throughout the day.Hot breakfasts often finished early eventhough breakfast time was till 11am.

Very nice bar in the hotel at night. good home.

The rooms are only available later, but the staff did everything that I can have mine at the earliest

We found the hotel very conveniently located.the rooms are comfortable but alittle too compact.even not enough space to position our luggage.we were not very satisfied with the hotel because we were not placed on same floor.and this has caused inconveniences on our part since we are one family.we have shortened our stay and moved to concorde la fayette.

The location and the rates were attractive.
The reception staff were unfriendly and not very helpful.
