The location is very good. The bar with the view is nice.
Parking facilities did not exist (only 25 places) I had to pay much higher price than confirmed in the booking and park in the Congress center. I complained about this, but now apoligises. The service was bad. Was waiting one hour to get the lugage to the room, despite of calling two times. The rooms have carpet and old interior. Was not very clean.

Excellent staff, a good hotel with location as every thing is available next to the hotel , rooms are ok , but for a 4* hotel i expected some facilities in the room like tea sets .but overall a good choice hotel.

Most-FFA mode together with the Palais de Congres
1st gear is because they actually had a gym in the hotel but now refers to a grimy gym in the world outside the entrance at a cost of 25 €.
