The reason why I had chosen this hotel was for the swimming pool as stated in the hotel website that one of the facilities at this hotel is the swimming pool. Though the per night stay is not cheap at this hotel, I still choose this hotel for the swimming pool facility. My friend and I were very disappointed that the swimming pool does not belong to the hotel at all and we had to pay Euro25 for the usage which is truly ridiculous. I would certainly not have chosen your hotel if I knew that there was a charge for the swimming pool use and the hotel must not put that you have a swimming pool as a facility when it does not belong to the hotel. For a 4-star hotel, there was no amenities, like water-jug to boil water and we had to order hot water for a cover charge of Euro5 to the room when needed per time is disappointing too (as my friend was sick and needed hot water.) The air-cond in the room is as good as no air-cond at all and we had to open the window for fresh air during our 4 nights stay and my friend had stayed 2 additional nights on her own for the 30Mar and 31Mar.

Really enjoyed our stay in the Concorde La Fayette.. the rooms have great views of the city are spacious and very clean and comfortable ... access to the Metro was through the shopping complex located longside... we have stayed in several hotels in Paris but this one exceeded them... Highly recommended !

Nice rooms, great location and a fantastic view. Quick check inn/out, and easy luggagestorage after check out time. Big breakfastbuffet. Too bad the roomservice never came.. We waited for an hour.

It's a B&B "hotel" but never a 4 stars hotel!!! Staff 's cleaning room at 16:30!!! Windows isn't possible to open and receptionexplane: it's not possible to clean the room because we have lot of rooms!?????

It is a first class hotel equiped with everything and for me for once in my life i felt like a buisness man that got " the best of the best"

Nice hotel, especially good location for the conference hall. Rooms are beginning to age a bit, especially the bathrooms which had loose fitments.
