Concierge was terrible - consistently gave out the wrong information (e.g. mass times for Nore Dame) - did not warn us about having to queue eg in Versailles

Heat in the room was unbearable. Reported that AC was not working. Repair staff sent to room...indicated AC was not in operation as it was "Winter". This was booked as deluxe room....definitely was not Wireless connection never working on 25th floor necessitating guests to take laptops to Business Office daily

The hotel has a structural weakness, the rooms communicate with each other in pairs through communication ports, which affect sound insulation and thus removes privacy.
