The location was perfect, centrally located and immediately next to the Metro stop Porte Maillot. The rooms were quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Easy walking distance to alot of attractions etc.
I was disappointed that we did not have tea/coffee making facilities in our room and when we asked for a kettle which was supposed to be complimentary we were told that if there was no kettle in our room then we wouldnt have one! Instead I was given a pot of hot water and a cup and saucer!

I was disappointed with the hotel. It did not live up to my expectations or the reviews I had read prior to booking.
The hotel is was far too noisey. The walls are paper thin. We could hear the taps being run, toilets being used and flushed in the adjoining rooms. I would definitely not stay at this hotel again.
