Satisfied enough for both of me and my daughter for 4 days living there. Comfort, clean and especially the location is front of station or other our facilities need such metro, supermarket and restaurant.
The room was a little size and feel a little scared walk to hotel from metro in the night.

The proximity to the railway station and multicultural cuisine. The staff were very helpful.
The street noise on the first day. The fact that rooms don't have provision for a kettle/ hot drinking water or room service that offers tea /coffee in the morning.

We were impressed with Hotel Francais, location, cleanliness, staff was super. The only complaint I have is the room we were put into was at the front of the hotel, the weather was really hot and as a result we had to open the windows at night. As a result, the noise from the passing traffic made it difficult to sleep. Perhaps the air con could be up dated.
