The courtesy and efficiency of the staff, the view of the Eiffel Tower from our room and the overall decor of the room. Breakfast was also very nice and well presented.

The room was very comfortable and a very good size. The afternoon buffet was very good and a nice touch.

We arrived prior to check-in at around 11am. We specifically asked for a twin room and communicated this to the hotel prior to our arrival on email and when we arrived. Reception assured us that they would give us a twin room. We left for lunch and when we returned back to the hotel they had already checked guests into all of the twin rooms. We were very annoyed by this as we had arrived earlier than the people that they had subsequently checked in. To add to our annoyance, their key card system broke and we had to spend our entire stay without access to our room, unless a porter was with us. This was particuarly inconvenient when we returned after dinner at around 11pm to find someone who clearly stated that she did not work at the hotel sitting behind the front desk. Apparently the manager was off dealing with another guest and hence we were left waiting to get into our room for 20 minutes.

Brand new rooms and newly renovated. Staff willingly and friendly. Included in price buffet for breakfast and high tea simple

It is a tad far from metro, about 8 minutes walk. Lifts very close but the stairs are wide;)

That there is an elevator in the hotel.

Located towards the subway stations is not favorable, you need a pretty long walk. It was indicated that a Deal was included, which drinks in the fridge might be drunk ... it appeared that two bottles of water and 2 bottles of Coke were. Breakfast, something everyone morning happy and scolded. Choice of croisant / chocolate bread and hard rolls ...

All but two good things that have significantly lowered the overall average. First, the menu of the evening was too poor, instead of the morning was acceptable. Secondly, apart from the fact that the room lacked a bidet, which is necessary for personal hygiene, I was appalled when I realized that lacked even the toilet brush to clean the toilet! Then I went to the reception. Having asked if I had to clean the toilet with my hands, I was told that there had been an oversight and that the problem would be solved soon. But the brush never appeared! ... Among other things, a cleaning lady told me that in France the brush is used, but does not exist in your hotel. We would empfehlen.Allerdings the hotel we would prefer a newer room, especially Sun from the 2-3 floor .... For our weekend was ok now (we had a room on the first floor, not so new)

It was a very great dedication stay, the staff was courteous. We felt comfortable with us!

Unfortunately, we have received a slightly older rooms, it was clean but just not quite as described in the Internet
