We arrived for a 3-night stay on a Friday. We came by car and had to unload the luggage at the front entrance before parking at the Gare de Lyon. There was nowhere to stop the car other than in the bus lane. As there was no porter on concierge to help, I then had to queue at reception to arrange to leave my luggage while I moved the car.On Saturday morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. I was told to "go and have breakfast- the technician is working on it". After breakfast, the technician had not yet arrived, so he had never been there in the first place. By Saturday evening there was again no hot wate, so impossible to shower before going out to dinner. On Sunday morning it was still broken down, and was only restored later after complaints from all our group. During all this time, the attitude of most of the reception staff was as if the water problem was nothing to do with them. Apart from the convenience of location to the Gare de Lyon, where our group was atteding a dinner, I would never recommend the hotel to others. The poor attitude of some of the staff to resolving a problem, above all would prevent a positive recommendation

If the room is booked for 3, it would be nice to have 3 cups! And also milk for the tea, but we were brought some by room service so all OK!.
